Homemade Disney
We all know that turning our houses into Disney homes and Disney memorabilia in general can be expensive and so what better way to keep the costs down so you have that bit more spending money to take those Disney holidays than to craft yourself. Here are a few things I have been able to make to add that extra touch of Disney to our rooms or outfits. I have also found that these homemade pieces make great gifts for any fellow Disnerd friends.

This Belle set was my first attempt at homemade Disney ears. I made the ears too small as I didn't take into account that once they are sewn inside out and then turned the right way they shrink 🙈. Because they were small, I had to place them quite high on the band as they didn't look right further down. Luckily the finished product fit little Em's head perfectly so they haven't been a waste. 😍
Hats off to everyone who makes these regularly. They definitely aren't as easy as they look .

My first attempt at a hair bow. This turned out huge so not sure what I will do with it 🙈

I made this Beauty and the Beast rose a while back using a bell jar and rose from Ikea and my trusty glue gun. I absolutely love how it turned out. I was going to add lights but I keep changing my mind 😂.

If you're thinking of somewhere to keep your magic bands when you return home i think they look fab in a frame and can be seen everyday rather than being kept in a dusty box or drawer. Some people make memory frames and add tickets and things but I liked the simple look so only added our bands 😍
